1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Ceytrex Tickets ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us") at tickets.ceytrexlabs.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all users, including event organizers, ticket buyers, and visitors to our platform.
2. Description of Service
Ceytrex Tickets is an event ticketing platform that enables:
- Event organizers to create, manage, and sell tickets for events
- Customers to browse, purchase, and manage event tickets
- QR code-based ticket validation and check-in systems
- Payment processing and financial transactions
- Analytics and reporting for event organizers
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an organizer account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
3.2 Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Event Organizer Terms
4.1 Event Creation and Management
- Organizers must provide accurate event information including date, time, location, and pricing
- Organizers are responsible for delivering the event as described
- Organizers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Organizers must obtain necessary permits, licenses, and insurance for their events
4.2 Subscription Plans and Limits
- Subscription plans have specific limits on events, tickets, and features
- Plan limits are enforced automatically by the platform
- Upgrading or downgrading plans may affect existing events
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
4.3 Platform Fees
- Platform fees are deducted from each ticket sale (Starter: 5%, Pro: 3%, Enterprise: 2% or custom)
- Fees are calculated automatically and cannot be modified after sale
- Net revenue (after platform fees) is tracked in organizer accounts
- Payment processing fees may apply separately through PayHere
4.4 Organizer Responsibilities
- Organizers are responsible for customer service related to their events
- Organizers must honor all ticket sales and provide the event as advertised
- Organizers must handle refund requests according to our Refund Policy
- Organizers must not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
5. Ticket Purchase Terms
5.1 Purchase Process
- Ticket prices are set by event organizers and displayed in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees)
- All prices are final and non-negotiable
- Payment must be completed to confirm ticket purchase
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the organizer
5.2 Ticket Delivery
- Tickets are delivered via email immediately after successful payment
- Each ticket includes a unique QR code for event entry
- Buyers must present the QR code (digital or printed) at the event
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring email delivery and ticket access
5.3 Ticket Validity
- Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time stated
- Tickets cannot be used for different events or dates
- Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced (at organizer's discretion)
- Duplicate ticket usage is prohibited and may result in denied entry
6. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed through PayHere payment gateway
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and local payment methods
- Payment processing is secure and encrypted
- Failed payments will result in order cancellation
- Currency conversion fees may apply for international cards
- All prices are in LKR unless otherwise stated
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Create fake events or fraudulent ticket sales
- Resell tickets at inflated prices (scalping) without organizer permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Use automated systems (bots) to purchase tickets
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Spam or harass other users
8. Intellectual Property
- The platform, including design, code, and content, is owned by Ceytrex Labs
- Event content (descriptions, images) belongs to event organizers
- You grant us license to use your content to provide our services
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission
- Trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for event cancellations, postponements, or changes by organizers
- We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of events
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets
- We are not responsible for payment processing errors by third-party providers
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for tickets in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
10. Event Cancellations and Changes
- Event organizers are solely responsible for event cancellations or changes
- We are not responsible for refunds due to event cancellations (see Refund Policy)
- Organizers must notify ticket buyers of any changes or cancellations
- Refund policies are determined by event organizers, subject to our Refund Policy
11. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes between buyers and organizers should be resolved directly
- We may assist in dispute resolution but are not obligated to do so
- Any disputes with Ceytrex Tickets will be resolved through negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved in courts of Sri Lanka
- You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits
12. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- You may delete your account at any time through account settings
- Termination does not affect existing ticket sales or obligations
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
