Yes. Parents pay by card on the event page and receive the QR ticket by email. They can find it again in My tickets with a one-time code sent to the same email.
Can we collect the student’s name and grade?
Yes. Custom checkout questions can ask for text, a number, a choice from a list, a date or a file upload, and every answer appears with the order in your dashboard.
Can the past pupils’ association use it for its own events?
Yes. An OBA dinner or dance gets its own event page, ticket types and payments, set up for the association.
Who runs the event, the school or Ceytrex?
You do. We set up the event page, ticket types and checkout with your committee, then you follow sales and check-in from the organizer dashboard.
