Refund Policy

Important: No Refunds Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing tickets through Ceytrex Tickets, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

Ceytrex Tickets operates under a no refunds policy. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.

This policy applies to all ticket sales made through our platform, including but not limited to:

  • Event tickets of any type or price
  • Merchandise purchases
  • Subscription plan payments
  • Platform fees

2. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizer, no refunds will be issued by Ceytrex Tickets. Any refunds are at the sole discretion of the event organizer.
  • Event Postponement: If an event is rescheduled or postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued.
  • Event Changes: Changes to event details (venue, time, lineup, etc.) do not entitle you to a refund.
  • Personal Circumstances: Illness, travel issues, work commitments, or other personal reasons do not qualify for refunds.
  • Weather Conditions: Weather-related issues do not entitle you to a refund unless the event is completely cancelled by the organizer.
  • Buyer's Remorse: Changing your mind about attending an event does not qualify for a refund.
  • Duplicate Purchases: Accidental duplicate ticket purchases are not refundable.
  • Lost or Stolen Tickets: Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be refunded.
  • Entry Denial: If you are denied entry due to age restrictions, dress code, or other venue policies, no refund will be issued.
  • Late Arrival: Missing part or all of an event due to late arrival does not qualify for a refund.
  • Technical Issues: Technical problems with ticket delivery, QR codes, or mobile devices do not entitle you to a refund.
  • Payment Errors: Payment processing errors must be resolved with your bank or payment provider, not through refunds.

3. Event Organizer Discretion

While Ceytrex Tickets does not issue refunds, event organizers may, at their sole discretion, choose to:

  • Offer refunds directly to ticket buyers
  • Provide credit for future events
  • Allow ticket transfers to other dates or events
  • Offer alternative compensation

Any such refunds or accommodations are provided directly by the event organizer, not by Ceytrex Tickets. We are not responsible for organizer refund decisions or the fulfillment of any refund promises made by organizers.

4. Platform Fees

Platform fees charged by Ceytrex Tickets (typically 2-5% of ticket sales) are:

  • Non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Deducted automatically from each sale
  • Not subject to refund even if the event is cancelled
  • Separate from any refunds that organizers may choose to provide

5. Subscription Plans

Subscription plan payments (Pro and Enterprise plans) are:

  • Non-refundable after payment is processed
  • Billed monthly or as per the selected billing cycle
  • Not prorated for partial months
  • Subject to cancellation, but no refunds for remaining time

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company:

  • Your account may be suspended or terminated
  • You may be banned from future ticket purchases
  • We reserve the right to pursue collection of disputed amounts
  • Chargeback fees may be charged to your account

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at hello@ceytrexlabs.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

7. Exceptions (None)

There are no exceptions to this no-refunds policy. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Family emergencies
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics or health crises
  • Travel restrictions
  • Financial hardship
  • Any other circumstances

All sales are final regardless of circumstances. We recommend purchasing ticket insurance separately if you require refund protection.

8. Ticket Transfers

Ticket transfers to another person may be allowed at the discretion of the event organizer. However:

  • Transfer policies are set by individual event organizers
  • Ceytrex Tickets does not facilitate or guarantee ticket transfers
  • Transfer fees may apply (set by organizers)
  • Transfers do not constitute refunds

9. Your Acknowledgment

By purchasing tickets through Ceytrex Tickets, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy
  • You agree to the no-refunds policy
  • You understand that all sales are final
  • You will not request refunds from Ceytrex Tickets
  • You accept that any refund requests must be directed to the event organizer
  • You understand that Ceytrex Tickets is not responsible for organizer refund decisions

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. However, any changes will not affect tickets already purchased. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.

12. Legal Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in Sri Lanka. If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

In jurisdictions where refunds are legally required (e.g., for cancelled events under consumer protection laws), we will comply with such requirements. However, such compliance does not create a general right to refunds.

Final Reminder

All ticket sales are final. No refunds. By purchasing tickets, you agree to this policy. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before completing payment.
