How do I start? Is setup complicated?

Not at all! Sign up with your email, verify it, and you're ready to create your first event in 5 minutes. No technical knowledge required. Try our demo platform to see how it works.

How do platform fees work?

Platform fees are automatically deducted from each ticket sale. Pro: 3%, Enterprise: Custom. For example, if you sell a LKR 1,000 ticket on Pro plan, you receive LKR 970 (we keep LKR 30). You get paid the net amount.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-month, we'll prorate the remaining days. Cancel anytime with no penalties.

What's included in the Pro plan?

Unlimited events with up to 2,000 tickets each. Perfect for most event organizers. Includes merchandise sales, custom forms, QR check-in, advanced analytics, and priority support. Only 3% platform fee on sales.

What makes Enterprise plan special?

Enterprise plan includes unlimited everything, custom platform fees, and custom payment processing setup for direct payments. Perfect for large event companies. Contact us for custom pricing and dedicated support.

What payment methods are supported?

We use a secure payment gateway which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and local Sri Lankan payment methods. Your customers can pay securely with any major payment method.
