Platform fees are automatically deducted from each ticket sale. Starter: 5%, Pro: 3%, Enterprise: Custom. For example, if you sell a LKR 1,000 ticket on Pro plan, you receive LKR 970 (we keep LKR 30). You get paid the net amount.
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-month, we'll prorate the remaining days. Cancel anytime with no penalties.
