Yes. Add a free ticket type (LKR 0) with the number of places you have. Free tickets carry no transaction fee and still get a QR code for the gate.
Can the committee see where the money came from?
Yes. The payments ledger lists every order with its amount and platform fee, and shows which payments have cleared.
What if an elderly devotee has no email address?
Tickets are sent by email, so a family member can buy on their behalf and show the QR code on their phone or print it.
